Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Maintain authorization to access serviced systems.
- Maintain backups of important data.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Customers should maintain backups and business continuity plans.
Remote Support
By requesting remote assistance, you authorize Decker Tech Services to access systems necessary to diagnose and resolve issues.
